Hexbug insect robot
The Hexbug is a six-legged toy robot. It is actually a microscopic robotic creature that looks like an insect. The Hexbug is tiny, intelligent, obedient and amusing. Turn the Hexbug on and let it explore its environment.



Hexbug and obstacles
The toy robot will keep on moving forward until it bumps into an obstacle. Sensors help the Hexbug to avoid these obstacles. You can also guide the Hexbug by making loud sounds such as hand claps, table slaps or other noises. If the toy robot detects a lound sound it will backup and change direction.

Hexbug types
There are 5 Hexbug types that come in different colors. This fall will Innovation First, Inc. come with two new toy robots, the light sensing HEXBUG crab and the Inchworm that offers IR remote control.
